Mangomint costs $120 a month per location plus $10 a month per user, with no plan tiers and no contract. A solo owner with one profile pays $130 a month, which is $1,560 a year. A salon with one location and six people pays $180 a month, or $2,160 a year. Phone, marketing and payroll are optional add-ons, and card processing is separate at 2.45% plus 15 cents in person. We read every figure here from mangomint.com/pricing on October 30, 2026, from a US connection.

That structure is different from most salon software, which sells Basic, Pro and Premium tiers. With Mangomint every feature is included and the bill grows with headcount. Mangomint does not publish a website builder on its pricing page, so if you want a site that ranks for your services and neighborhoods, our salon website builder writes one on your own domain for $588 a year and points every Book button at your Mangomint booking page.

How much does Mangomint cost per month?

Mangomint is $120 a month for each location and $10 a month for each user. The page defines a user as anyone with a profile in the system, which includes service providers and front desk staff. There is no separate fee for online booking, memberships, forms, gift cards or reporting, because they are all part of the base platform.

TeamPer monthPer yearMath
Solo owner, 1 location$130$1,560$120 + 1 user at $10
3 people, 1 location$150$1,800$120 + 3 users at $10
6 people, 1 location$180$2,160$120 + 6 users at $10
12 people, 1 location$240$2,880$120 + 12 users at $10
12 people, 2 locations$360$4,3202 locations at $120 + 12 users at $10

The page does not show a discount for paying yearly, so the monthly figure is the one to budget. Because there is no free tier, a one chair studio pays more than it would on entry plans from other vendors. A team of six or more tends to come out closer, since $10 a head is lower than many per-seat prices elsewhere.

What do Mangomint add-ons cost?

Three add-ons sit on top of the base price. Phone is $70 a month per line and covers calls and texts from one number in the app. Marketing starts at $30 a month for 3,500 credits and climbs through 6,000 credits at $50, 15,000 at $100, 35,000 at $200 and 60,000 at $300. Payroll is $50 a month plus $8 per worker, and it syncs with QuickBooks and files taxes for each location.

Add-onPriceWhat it does
Phone$70/mo per lineCalls and texts with clients from one number
Marketing, 3,500 credits$30/moCampaigns and automated flows
Marketing, 15,000 credits$100/moSame tools, larger send volume
Marketing, 60,000 credits$300/moHighest volume tier on the page
Payroll$50/mo + $8 per workerPay the team and file taxes per location

A six person salon that turns on phone and the $50 marketing tier pays $180 plus $70 plus $50, or $300 a month. That is $3,600 a year before processing, so decide which add-ons you will actually use before you compare it with a flat tier elsewhere.

What are Mangomint payment processing rates?

In person payments are 2.45% plus 15 cents per successful transaction, and virtual payments are 2.90% plus 30 cents. Larger businesses may qualify for custom rates. You can use your own processor, but the page says you need Mangomint payments for Express Booking, self checkout, cards on file and deposits, which are the features most salons care about for no-show protection.

On $10,000 a month of in person card sales at an $85 ticket, about 118 transactions, processing is roughly $245 plus $18, or $263 a month. Most of that would exist on any processor, so compare it with your current quote rather than treating it as a Mangomint premium. If your bookkeeper reconciles those payouts, a clean bank statement to QuickBooks converter saves the manual typing at month end.

Does Mangomint have a free trial or charge booking fees?

Yes to the trial. You can open a free trial account with demo data, then import your own when you are ready. There is no per appointment fee, and the page states that online booking sits on your own website so you keep 100 percent of the bookings. Onboarding and data transfer are free, teams of two or more providers get a dedicated onboarding specialist, and there are no contracts.

Mangomint cost over three years with a real website

Mangomint base plan$2,160$6,480You, on a site you already have
Mangomint plus phone and $50 marketing$3,600$10,800You, on a site you already have
Mangomint base plan plus AgentSite, billed yearly$2,748$8,244The agent, from a description of your salon

Mangomint is booking, payments and client management software. Its booking widget needs a website to sit on, and the page does not offer to build that site. That is the gap a separate website fills. AgentSite writes a page for each service, a profile for each stylist and local pages for the neighborhoods you serve, then links each Book button to Mangomint, so the calendar, deposits and cards on file stay where they are.

Is Mangomint worth it?

For a salon or spa with a team of three or more that wants everything in one price, the per user model is easy to forecast, and the free onboarding lowers switching cost. It is a harder sell for a solo stylist who only needs a simple calendar. If you are still choosing between systems, compare it with the plans in our GlossGenius pricing breakdown, and read our guide to the best salon website builder for the site side of the decision.

Mangomint pricing questions

How much is Mangomint per month?

$120 a month per location plus $10 a month per user. One location with one user is $130 a month. Add-ons are priced separately: phone $70 per line, marketing from $30, and payroll $50 plus $8 per worker. Card processing is extra.

Does Mangomint have contracts or hidden fees?

The pricing page says there are no contracts and no hidden fees, and that you can cancel at any time and take your data with you. Processing fees and add-ons are printed on the same page, so budget for them separately.

Who counts as a user in Mangomint?

Anyone with a profile in Mangomint counts as a user, including service providers and front desk staff. Each one adds $10 a month, so the cost follows your headcount rather than your client list or appointment volume.

Does Mangomint include a website?

The pricing page lists online booking that sits on your own website but does not list a website builder. You need a site to host the booking button. AgentSite can build and publish that site, and every Book button then links to your Mangomint page.
