Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentSite and our website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

AgentSite is an AI website builder that designs, writes, builds, and launches websites from a plain-language description of your business, and lets you edit your site by chatting with the agent. We may update, improve, or change features over time to keep the service useful and secure.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to give accurate information and to let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AgentSite to build or host content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms.

Your content and ownership

You own the content you provide and the website the agent builds for you. You can export your site and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and operate your site as part of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan as described there. Where required by law, applicable taxes may be added.

First year paid upfront. Every new plan starts with a full year billed upfront at the yearly price shown on the pricing page. After the first year you can move to monthly billing from Billing in your workspace. The change takes effect at your next renewal, so the year already paid runs to its end, and nothing is charged or refunded when you switch. Moving to a higher plan is charged the difference right away. Moving to a lower plan takes effect without a refund of the period already paid.

When a plan ends

If you turn off the renewal, your plan and your published site keep running until the end of the period you paid for. After that the site goes offline, its address shows visitors a short notice that the site is not available, and the workspace closes for editing. Your pages and content stay stored for at least 12 months after the plan ends. Open your workspace link and renew from there, with the same email address, and the same site comes back on the new plan. You can download your pages as standalone HTML files at any time, also after the plan has ended.

Availability

We work to keep AgentSite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and parts of the service may be temporarily unavailable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results will meet every expectation. Outcomes depend on your business, your content, and how you use the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentSite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.
