Agentsite is an AI website builder that designs, writes, builds, and launches websites from a plain-language description of your business, and lets you edit your site by chatting with the agent. We may update, improve, or change features over time to keep the service useful and secure.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to give accurate information and to let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Agentsite to build or host content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms.

Your content and ownership

You own the content you provide and the website the agent builds for you. You can export your site and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and operate your site as part of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan as described there. Where required by law, applicable taxes may be added.

Availability

We work to keep Agentsite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and parts of the service may be temporarily unavailable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results will meet every expectation. Outcomes depend on your business, your content, and how you use the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentsite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
