DUDA ALTERNATIVE
Duda alternative for agencies: the Duda alternatives compared on cost per client site
Duda bills the platform and then bills every client site again. If your bottleneck is writing the sites rather than hosting them, the math and the workload both look different here.

In short
The best Duda alternative for an agency whose real bottleneck is producing client sites, not managing them, is AgentSite. Duda charges twice: an account plan from $19 to $149 a month billed annually, then $168 a year for every client site beyond the ones included, so ten brochure sites on the Agency plan cost about $1,632 a year before anyone writes a page. AgentSite Studio is $948 a year for up to 25 client websites, and an AI agent designs, writes and launches each one from a brief. One honest caveat: if you need a fully white-labeled client dashboard, an API or native stores, Duda is the stronger platform and you should stay.
HOW WE COMPARE
Duda is a genuinely good platform with a clear customer in mind, and it says so on its own pricing page: it is built for businesses offering websites to other businesses. The white-label layer is real, down to a custom platform domain and branded client emails. Client accounts are unlimited. There is a REST API, an MCP server, native stores and bookings with no transaction fee, and a visual editor that professional designers are happy in. If you run a platform business on top of Duda, nothing on this page should move you.
The friction shows up in how the bill is built, which we read from duda.co/pricing on September 14, 2026. Duda separates the platform from the websites. You buy an account plan (Basic at $19 a month billed annually or $25 monthly, Team at $29 or $39, Agency at $52 or $69, White Label at $149 or $199) and then you buy sites. Basic and Team include one published site. Agency and White Label include four. Every site after that costs $171 a year on Basic, or $168 a year on the other plans, billed per site for as long as the client stays.
That structure is fair for a platform business and quietly expensive for a small agency with a growing roster of brochure clients. On annual billing, ten client sites cost about $1,632 a year on Agency, $1,767 on Basic and $2,796 on White Label. Twenty-five sites cost $4,152 a year on Agency. The account plan is the smaller part of the invoice by the second year, and each extra site sits at roughly $14 a month whether the client pays you for maintenance or not. Stores and bookings are separate per-site upgrades on top ($7 to $45 a month billed yearly, read the same day), and Duda's advanced AI features draw on 150 monthly credits per account, with top-up pricing shown only inside the billing area.
The other friction is workload. Duda gives an agency excellent tools for managing client sites and a Content Collection Form for chasing the client for material, but somebody still plans the pages and writes the services copy, the about page and the FAQs. For a studio doing ten brochure sites a year, that writing is the real cost of delivery and the thing that stalls projects in week three.
AgentSite is built around that second problem. You give the agent a brief for each client and it plans the page structure, designs the layout, writes every page, sets up titles, meta descriptions and a sitemap, and launches the site. After launch, you or the client edit it by typing what should change. Studio is $99 a month, or $948 a year, for up to 25 client websites with five team seats, a read-only client handoff link, your agency name on the sites or no credit at all, and bulk builds where you paste several briefs at once. It is not a white-labeled platform, it has no public API and it does not build stores, and we would rather you know that now than in month two.
Duda is a platform for managing and reselling client websites, priced per account and then per site; AgentSite is an AI agent that writes and builds the client sites themselves, priced as one flat plan for up to 25 of them.

§ THE FIELD
The main Duda alternatives, compared.
Most lists of Duda alternatives compare editors, which is the one thing Duda already does well. The agencies that actually leave Duda tend to leave over one of two things: the per-site bill once the roster grows, or the fact that the platform hosts and manages client sites but still leaves the agency to write every word of them. Here is the field split by which of those problems each tool solves.

§ FAQ
Common questions.
It depends on why you are leaving. If the per-site bill or the time spent writing client sites is the problem, AgentSite is the strongest fit, because an AI agent writes and builds each site and Studio covers 25 of them for $948 a year. If you want a similar platform with more design freedom, Webflow or Wix Studio are the usual moves.
Read from duda.co/pricing on September 14, 2026: Basic is $19 a month billed annually or $25 monthly, Team is $29 or $39, Agency is $52 or $69, and White Label is $149 or $199. Custom is quoted by sales. Extra sites beyond the included ones cost $171 a year on Basic and $168 a year on the other plans.
Because it bills the platform and the sites separately. The account plan unlocks features, and every client site beyond the included one or four carries its own yearly charge of about $168. That model suits a business reselling sites at volume. For a small studio with ten brochure clients, the per-site line becomes the biggest number on the invoice.
Basic and Team each include one published site. Agency and White Label each include four, which Duda describes as a $76 a month value. There is no limit on how many more sites you can buy, and on the Custom plan you can negotiate tiered per-site pricing at higher volumes.
For a roster of brochure sites, yes. Ten client sites cost $948 a year on AgentSite Studio against about $1,632 on the Duda Agency plan, and twenty-five cost the same $948 against about $4,152. Duda buys you more platform for that money: a white-labeled dashboard, an API, native stores and up to 1,000 pages per site.
Partly. On Studio your agency name goes on the sites you hand off, or no credit at all, and clients get a read-only handoff link. Duda goes further on its White Label plan, with the whole dashboard, preview pages and platform emails under your brand on your own domain. If reselling the platform itself is your business, Duda wins that row.
Yes, and it is the best-known platform built specifically for them. Unlimited client accounts, role-based permissions, a Simple Editor for clients, bulk site management and a real API are all agency features most consumer builders never add. The trade is price per site and the fact that your team still writes the content.
For agencies, the usual shortlist is Wix Studio, Webflow, WordPress with a page builder like Elementor, and Framer, with AI builders like AgentSite for teams whose problem is producing content. Wix Studio is the closest like-for-like, and WordPress is the choice for teams that want to own every plugin and server.
Not as a file transfer. Hosted builders render sites from their own systems, so there is nothing to lift out and drop elsewhere. Instead you give the agent a brief for each client, it builds a fresh site with the pages and copy written, and you point the client domain at it and redirect the old URLs.
Each paid account gets 150 monthly AI credits for Duda Vibe, custom widget generation and Copilot actions. If you run out, you buy one-time top-ups, and Duda publishes that top-up price only inside the billing area. AgentSite does not use credits; the flat plan includes the builds, with daily limits on chat edits.
No. Duda offers a 14-day trial with all White Label features and no credit card, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee once you pay. After the trial you pick a paid account plan. Its separate Free Bookings offer covers bookings on a site until September 30, 2026, not the platform itself.
Duda is better if you resell under your own brand and want an API. Wix Studio is better if your designers want more layout freedom and a larger app market. Both leave the writing to you. Wix Studio also prices per site, from $19 to $159 a month on yearly prepay, and its Basic plan cannot accept payments.
Yes. Instead of learning an editor, the client types what should change, such as new opening hours or a service to drop, and the agent rewrites the page, with undo. For agencies that usually means fewer small change requests landing in the inbox, which is the maintenance work Duda client accounts are designed to handle.
Stay if you sell websites as a white-labeled product under your own platform domain, if your clients need native stores or bookings, if you automate site creation through the API, or if any client site needs more than a few dozen pages. Those are Duda strengths we do not match, and switching would cost you more than it saves.
