SITE123 has a free plan on a subdomain. Its US pricing page shows Premium at $12.80 a month, and its FAQ says connecting your own domain costs as low as $10.80 a month on an annual plan paid up front. Packages come in 3, 12, 24 and 36 month terms, and the per-package prices appear in the upgrade flow.

The free plan is free with no card required, but it runs on a SITE123 subdomain with 250 MB of storage and bandwidth and a SITE123 floating tag on the site. To use your own domain, remove the tag or open the store, you need a paid Premium package. For a business site, plan on paying.

Switch auto-renewal off in your SITE123 account at least two weeks before the package ends. The terms say SITE123 tries to charge the renewal about two weeks before the renewal window, so waiting until the last few days is too late. Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back policy.

It can. The terms say a plan renews for the same term at the same cost, except that a discounted or promotional period renews at the standard fee, and SITE123 says no advance notice is given for that change. Check the standard price for your package before you buy on a discount.

Those credits auto-renew unless stated otherwise at checkout and are non-refundable. After the draft, you still edit and write the pages yourself.
