Landing Page Builder Pricing: Real Yearly Costs

A landing page builder costs between $67 and $50,200 in its first year, and the number that decides your bill is not page count. It is the tier where A/B testing turns on, then the traffic meter. Here is every published US price read on August 30, 2026, with twelve month totals for each plan.

A landing page builder in the US costs between $67 and $50,200 in its first year, and the spread has almost nothing to do with how good the pages look. Read from each vendor's own pricing page on August 30, 2026: Unbounce runs $22 to $187 a month on annual billing, Instapage publishes $99 and $199 a month, Leadpages runs $53.60 to $216.80 a month annually with a separate stripped down HTML Pub line starting at $5.60, Swipe Pages runs $29 to $149 a month, and Landingi runs $24 to $229 a month billed yearly. HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month plus a one time $3,000 onboarding fee, which is $12,600 before you have published anything.

The number that decides your bill is not the page count. It is the tier where A/B testing turns on, and after that it is the traffic meter. Unbounce puts unlimited A/B testing on its $149 Experiment plan, so the two cheaper tiers cannot test at all. Instapage puts server side testing on the $199 Optimize plan. Leadpages starts manual testing at $67 and reserves automatic traffic allocation for the $271 Scale plan. Swipe Pages is the only vendor here that includes server side A/B testing on its entry plan at $29. If testing is why you are buying, that single column reprices the whole market.

Every published US landing page builder price in 2026

Here is the market as published. Annual billing saves 20 percent at Leadpages, 25 percent at Unbounce, and up to 20 percent at Instapage, and Landingi describes its annual discount as two months free.

One name is missing on purpose. Carrd appears in nearly every roundup of this category, and its pricing URL returned a 404 to us on August 30, 2026, so we have published no figure for it rather than quoting a number from a review site. That is worth doing generally: search snippets in this category go stale fast, and a snippet price that contradicts the vendor's own page is a coin flip you do not need to take.

What a landing page builder actually costs for a year

Monthly headlines flatten the differences. Twelve months of each published plan, using the vendor's own annual rate where one exists, is the comparison that changes decisions. First year totals include any published onboarding fee.

Plan First year total on the annual rate First year total paying month to month
Leadpages HTML Pub Starter $67.20 $84
AgentSite $180 $228
Swipe Pages Startup $228, using the published $120 annual saving $348
Landingi Build $288 Not published as a monthly rate
Unbounce Starter $264 $348
Swipe Pages Marketer $588, using the published $240 annual saving $828
Leadpages Grow $643.20 $804
Unbounce Build $888 $1,188
Swipe Pages Agency $1,188, using the published $600 annual saving $1,788
Leadpages Optimize $1,296 $1,620
Unbounce Experiment $1,344 $1,788
Landingi Optimize $1,428 Not published as a monthly rate
Unbounce Optimize $2,244 $2,988
Instapage Create Not published; the page states up to 20 percent off $1,188
Instapage Optimize Not published; the page states up to 20 percent off $2,388
Leadpages Scale $2,601.60 $3,252
Landingi Scale From $2,748 Not published as a monthly rate
HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional $12,600, including the one time $3,000 onboarding fee Higher; the published monthly rate is $890 a month
Landingi Enterprise From $14,388 Not published as a monthly rate
HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise $50,200, including the one time $7,000 onboarding fee Not published separately

These totals are our arithmetic on published rates, not vendor quotes. They ignore overage, extra seats and add ons, all of which are real. The point of the exercise is the shape: the working middle of this market is $250 to $1,400 a year, the testing tier roughly doubles it, and the marketing suite tier multiplies it by ten.

The traffic meter is the part that surprises people

Almost every vendor here prices on visitors, which means the cost of your landing pages rises with the campaign that is working. Unbounce Starter caps traffic at 500 a month, which is a trial in everything but name. Landingi Build includes 2,000 visits. Instapage Create includes 15,000 monthly visitors. Swipe Pages charges $5 for every additional 5,000 visits over the plan limit rather than forcing an upgrade, which is the gentlest version of this model we found.

Leadpages is the interesting exception. Its pricing page says unlimited traffic on every plan with no traffic overage fees, and it meters on the number of sites and domains instead. If you run a small number of pages against unpredictable spikes, that is a materially different risk profile from a visitor cap, and it is the kind of thing that never shows up in a features grid.

The practical rule: pick your plan on your best month rather than your average month. A campaign that triples for four weeks is exactly the campaign you do not want throttled or surcharged, and upgrading mid flight usually costs more than having bought the tier above.

Do I have to pay extra for A/B testing?

At most vendors, yes, and it is usually the single biggest jump in the price list. Unbounce reserves unlimited A/B testing for Experiment at $149 a month, which is a 50 percent step up from Build. Instapage reserves server side A/B testing for Optimize at $199, double the Create price. Leadpages starts manual testing on Grow at $67 but keeps full automatic traffic allocation for Scale at $271. Landingi starts server side testing on Optimize at $119. Swipe Pages includes it on the $29 entry plan.

Before you pay for the testing tier, be honest about traffic volume. A split test needs enough conversions on each variant to say anything, and on a page taking a few hundred visits a month you will be reading noise for a quarter. Below that threshold, the cheaper and faster way to find out why a page is failing is to watch what real visitors actually do on it and read the drop off, which tells you where attention dies rather than which of two headlines won by a margin you cannot trust.

Do I need a landing page builder if I already have a website?

If you are spending real money on paid traffic, usually yes. An ad promises one specific thing and a homepage offers eleven, and the mismatch is the most common reason a campaign underperforms. A page that repeats the exact promise of the ad, strips the navigation and asks for one action almost always converts better.

If your traffic is organic, referral or word of mouth, the case is much weaker. Those visitors are researching, and a stripped page with nowhere to go frustrates them. What they want is a page that answers the question and then lets them check your pricing, your about page and your proof before they commit. That is a site problem, not a landing page problem, and it is why paying for both a website builder and a landing page tool is so common: the two subscriptions exist because the two jobs are genuinely different.

It does not have to be two subscriptions. An AI builder that writes the copy can produce the campaign page and the site behind it in the same project, with the same branding and the same voice. That is what our landing page builder does, and the mechanics of getting a first page out of a description of the offer are in our walkthrough on how to make a landing page with AI.

What is the cheapest way to get a landing page live?

Cheapest by sticker price is Leadpages HTML Pub Starter at $5.60 a month on annual billing, or $67.20 for a year, with unlimited traffic and one custom domain. It has no A/B testing and it is a deliberately stripped product, but for a single page that just needs to exist on your own domain it is hard to beat on price.

Cheapest by total effort is a different answer, because the subscription is rarely the expensive part. A freelance copywriter writing a landing page in the US in 2026 is commonly quoted at $250 to $400 for a single long page, using the same per word rates that price blog content, and a designer on top of that is more. Against that, a $30 a month editor you have to drive yourself is not really $30 a month. The reason AI builders are growing in this category is not that they are cheaper software; it is that they remove the line item that actually costs money, which is the writing. Our AI copywriting for websites page covers what the agent drafts and what still needs your judgment.

Which landing page builder should I actually buy?

Three honest recommendations, based only on what these vendors publish.

If you optimize paid spend for a living and testing is the product you are buying, look hard at Swipe Pages first, because it is the only vendor here that puts server side A/B testing on a $29 plan. Unbounce and Instapage are the deeper tools and both are well built, but you reach their testing features at $149 and $199 respectively, so the question is whether their extra depth is worth four to seven times the price at your volume.

If you need unpredictable traffic and hate meters, Leadpages is the structural fit, because it is the only vendor in this comparison that publishes unlimited traffic with no overage fees on every plan and prices on sites and domains instead.

If the bottleneck is that nobody has written the page, and you also need the pricing page, the about page and the FAQ to exist, then a page editor is solving the wrong half of the problem. That is the case for an agent that writes the copy and builds the site around it, on a flat plan that does not move when the campaign works. Where the page fits into a system that actually captures the enquiry is covered on our lead generation website builder page.

Whichever way you go, get the number in writing before you sign, and check it against the vendor's own page rather than a review site. We found a 404 on one major vendor's pricing URL and a quote only tier at two others on the day we wrote this, which is a reasonable reminder that this market's published prices are less settled than the comparison tables suggest.
