CPA Site Solutions costs $90.00 a month for Silver, $111.00 for Gold, $137.00 for Platinum and $166.50 for Diamond. The first three tiers have no setup fee and Diamond has a $99 setup fee. Every plan comes with a 60 day free trial, no contract and month to month billing. We read every figure here from the CPA Site Solutions pricing page on October 19, 2026, and all prices are in US dollars.

For a small firm that works out to $1,080 to $1,998 a year before add-ons. What you are paying for is a stock design, a secure client portal, a monthly newsletter and a licensed library of tax articles. If the pages you actually want are about your own firm, meaning your services, the industries you know and the towns you serve, compare our CPA website builder. An AI agent writes those pages and publishes them on your domain for $49 a month billed yearly ($588 a year). The tables below show where each one is the better buy.

CPA Site Solutions plans and prices

The pricing page sells four website tiers. Each tier includes everything in the one below it. The page also says "No hidden fees. Cancel anytime." and offers a price comparison download and a video that compares the plans.

PlanMonthly priceSetup feePer yearPortal storage
Silver$90.00$0$1,0805GB
Gold$111.00$0$1,33210GB
Platinum$137.00$0$1,64450GB
Diamond$166.50$99$1,998 plus setupUnlimited

The yearly figures are our arithmetic, monthly price times twelve. CPA Site Solutions bills monthly and the page shows no annual discount, so a cheaper yearly rate is not something you can count on. The trial is long by industry standards. Sixty days covers most of a tax season, which gives a firm time to see whether the site brings in calls before it pays anything.

What each tier actually adds

The plan cards are short, and the long comparison table on the same page runs to 121 numbered features. These are the differences that change what a firm gets.

TierWhat it adds over the tier below
Silver, $90Standard website designs, reputation marketing, a secure firm portal, a monthly client newsletter, 5GB of portal storage and 3,000+ pages of content
Gold, $111160+ premium designs, experienced webmasters, remote assistance, 10GB of storage and a customizable slideshow
Platinum, $137Detailed traffic statistics, a WordPress blog setup, free domain name registration, 50GB of storage and secure email
Diamond, $166.50An elite custom design, an HTTPS (SSL) certificate, reputation monitoring, call tracking and recording with expanded analytics, and unlimited portal storage

One detail is worth knowing before you compare designs. The Silver card says 69 standard website designs, while the comparison table lower on the same page lists 55 ready-to-go designs for Silver and 250 for every other tier. Either way, Silver gives you a smaller design catalog. If the look of the site matters to you, plan on Gold.

The content side is the same on every tier, and it is the main thing the company sells. The page lists content written by CPAs: more than 50 personalized editable pages, over 3,000 pages of guides, more than 500 FAQs, over 50 financial calculators, 30+ service and industry pages, a tax due date calendar, a Track Your Refund page and a record retention guide. The portal side lists Sarbanes Oxley and Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliance, SSAE 16/SAS 70 Type II certification and unlimited employee and client accounts.

The add-ons that change the bill

The base price is not always the whole price. CPA Site Solutions lists these add-ons on the same page.

Add-onPublished price
Additional HTTPS website security$9.99 a month
Domain name management on the lower tiersOptional, $30 a year
Reputation monitoring$99 setup plus $39.99 a month
Social media for accountantsAs low as $79 a month
Unlimited client portal storage$250 a month, included with Diamond
Search engine optimizationCall for quote
Pay-per-click for accountantsCall for quote

Two of these matter more than the others. SSL appears as a Diamond feature and as a $9.99 monthly add-on, so a firm on Platinum that wants the HTTPS add-on pays $146.99 a month, close to Diamond's price. And SEO is quoted only after a call. The site comes with content, but the company sells search work as a separate service.

Why review sites quote older prices

If you have read other reviews of CPA Site Solutions, you have probably seen lower numbers, and they were accurate when they were written. CPA Practice Advisor's 2019 review listed Silver at $62.50, Gold at $83.50, Platinum at $109.50 and Diamond at $139.00. Its 2020 review listed $65.50, $86.50, $112.50 and $142.00. Silver has gone from $62.50 to $90.00, an increase of about 44 percent over seven years, and many software directories still show the older grid. The company has a long record (it launched in 1999), but if a price matters to your decision, take it from the vendor's current page, not from a 2020 article.

Three year cost of CPA Site Solutions and its rivals

Firms rarely change website vendors more than once every few years, so a three year view is the honest comparison. These totals multiply each published price out over 36 months and add setup fees where they apply.

RouteThree year totalWho writes the pages

CPA Site Solutions Platinum with the $9.99 HTTPS add-on$5,291.64Shared content library
CPA Site Solutions Diamond, with $99 setup$6,093Shared content library

Build Your Firm prices come from its own pricing page. Professional is $95.00 a month, or $85.50 paid annually, with a 30 day trial. Platinum is $120.00, or $108.00 annually, with a 60 day trial and electronic payments. A Niche site at the same price adds a one-time setup fee that varies by niche. Content Marketing in a Box is $399.95, or $359.96 annually, and adds a dedicated marketing manager and monthly blog posts. Thomson Reuters Web Builder CS and Rootworks do not publish current prices, so we left them out rather than guess.

Is CPA Site Solutions worth it

For some firms, yes. If you will actually use the portal, send the monthly newsletter and point clients at the calculators and the due date calendar, Silver at $90 a month bundles four products a small firm would otherwise buy separately. It has no contract and a 60 day trial, so the risk is low. A sole practitioner who mainly wants a credible site with a client upload area is the buyer this product fits best.

It is a weaker buy if the reason you want a website is new clients from search. The 3,000-page library is licensed to every firm on the platform, so the same guide to deducting a home office sits on many other accounting sites word for word. Google picks one copy to rank and filters out the rest. The library makes your site large without making it findable. The pages that bring in a contractor, a dentist or a family with a multi-state return are pages about what your firm does for them, and on CPA Site Solutions you write those yourself or pay for the SEO service.

Which plan to buy

If you stay with CPA Site Solutions, Gold is the sensible tier for most firms. It costs $21 a month more than Silver and adds the larger design catalog plus webmaster help, which is the support you will lean on during tax season. Platinum is worth it if you want the blog and secure email. Diamond makes sense once you would otherwise buy SSL, reputation monitoring and extra portal storage separately, since unlimited storage alone is listed at $250 a month.

When a written site beats a content library

The alternative model is a site that is short, specific and written about your firm. AgentSite is an AI agent that plans the page map from a description of your practice and writes each page: tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping, payroll, IRS representation, advisory work, one page per niche industry, an about page with your partners and credentials, and the towns you serve. It sets the titles and meta descriptions and publishes the site with hosting and SSL on your domain. A Pay my bill button points at the payment page your billing software already gives you, and a booking button points at your scheduler. After launch you change anything by typing it, which helps in March when hours, deadlines and staff all shift at once.

To be fair about the trade, AgentSite has no client portal, no CPA written tax library and no newsletter. Most firms already run a portal in their practice software, and the site just links to it. If you need all three from your website vendor, stay with CPA Site Solutions or Build Your Firm. Our best website builder for accountants comparison covers the general builders as well.

The time a website saves you is small next to tax season itself, and most of that time goes to client paperwork. If yours goes to turning a client's PDF bank statements into QuickBooks files before you can even start the return, that is a separate problem worth solving on its own. Starter is $588 a year for up to eight written pages and 150 chat edits a month. The full plan list is on the pricing page.

CPA Site Solutions pricing questions

How much does CPA Site Solutions cost?

CPA Site Solutions costs $90.00 a month for Silver, $111.00 for Gold, $137.00 for Platinum and $166.50 for Diamond, with a $99 setup fee on Diamond only. That is $1,080 to $1,998 a year before add-ons such as the $9.99 monthly HTTPS add-on or SEO, which is quoted on request.

Does CPA Site Solutions have a free trial?

Yes, CPA Site Solutions offers a free 60 day trial on its website plans. You fill in a form with your firm details, the team builds a sample site for you, and you decide before paying. Sixty days is longer than most website vendors offer and covers a good part of a tax season.

Does CPA Site Solutions require a contract?

No. The pricing page lists cancel anytime, no contract or commitment, and pay as you go billing on every tier. You pay month to month. The one upfront cost on the page is the $99 setup fee for Diamond, which you would not get back if you canceled early.

Which CPA Site Solutions plan includes SSL?

Diamond lists an HTTPS (SSL) certificate as part of the plan at $166.50 a month. The add-ons list also sells additional HTTPS website security for $9.99 a month. If SSL is the reason you are looking at Diamond, compare that add-on cost against the $29.50 a month gap between Platinum and Diamond.

Is there a cheaper alternative to CPA Site Solutions?

Yes. Build Your Firm Professional is $85.50 a month paid annually, AdZep sells a CPA site for $199 a year if you write the copy, and AgentSite Starter is $49 a month billed yearly with every page written by an AI agent. None of those bundles a CPA written tax library, and AgentSite has no client portal.

How do I cancel CPA Site Solutions?

CPA Site Solutions lists cancel anytime with no contract, so you can stop at the end of a billing month. Contact its support team during business hours, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Before you cancel, make sure your domain is registered in your own name, and save any pages you wrote yourself.
