Webflow Pricing 2026: Plans, Seats and Add-On Costs

Webflow site plans are $15 and $25 a month billed yearly, and that is the least useful part of a Webflow quote. Three meters stack: a site plan, a workspace plan with $39 seats, and add-ons that cost more than the site plan. Here is every published US figure read on September 3, 2026, including the ladders nobody publishes and the fact that there is nothing between $25 and $2,500.

Webflow site plans cost $15 and $25 a month billed yearly ($25 and $39 month to month) for Basic and Premium, on top of a free Starter plan that publishes to a webflow.io address. Ecommerce site plans run $29, $74 and $212 a month billed yearly. Every figure on this page was read from webflow.com/pricing on September 3, 2026.

Those numbers are also the least useful part of a Webflow quote, because Webflow does not have one price. It has three meters that stack: a site plan for each site you publish, a workspace plan for the people who build it, and a set of add-ons that are individually priced higher than the site plan itself. A team that budgets $25 a month and then adds a workspace plan, one colleague with edit rights and basic analytics is at $132 a month before anyone has looked at localization.

Webflow site plan pricing in 2026

Site plans are what you pay to publish one site on a custom domain. Both Basic and Premium were labeled New on the pricing page when we read it, which means this grid replaced an older one recently and any figure you find in an older article is likely to be wrong.

Site plan Billed yearly Month to month Yearly total (our arithmetic) The thing that decides it
Starter Free Free $0 Publishes to a webflow.io subdomain, not your own domain
Basic $15 a month $25 a month $180 No Webflow CMS at all. Static pages only
Premium $25 a month $39 a month $300 Adds the CMS, code components, site search, form file upload and 50 GB of bandwidth
Team $2,500 a month Not offered. Annual contract required $30,000 Listed under a separate Platform plans group with a Talk to us button

The gap between $25 and $2,500

This is the single most important thing to understand about Webflow's current pricing, and no roundup we found mentions it. Above Premium there is nothing. The pricing page ends the site plan group at Premium and opens a new group called Platform plans, described as curated essentials for growing organizations, whose entry tier is Team at $2,500 a month with an annual contract required.

So the ladder for a normal marketing site is $15, then $25, then a hundredfold jump. If you outgrow Premium, and the usual reason is bandwidth rather than features, you do not move up a tier. You buy bandwidth add-ons against the Premium plan, which is why those add-ons matter far more than their placement at the bottom of the page suggests.

Webflow ecommerce pricing

Selling anything requires an ecommerce site plan, which replaces rather than supplements the standard site plan.

Ecommerce plan Billed yearly Month to month Yearly total (our arithmetic)
Standard$29 a month$42 a month$348
Plus$74 a month$84 a month$888
Advanced$212 a month$235 a month$2,544

Note how small the annual discount is on Plus and Advanced compared with the standard plans. Paying yearly saves 40 percent on Basic and 36 percent on Premium, but only 12 percent on Plus and 10 percent on Advanced. If cash flow matters more to you than the discount, the ecommerce tiers are the ones where monthly billing costs you least.

Webflow workspace plans and seats are billed separately

A site plan publishes a site. It does not give anyone the right to work on it. That comes from a workspace plan, and this is where most Webflow budgets go wrong, because the two are presented as separate grids on the same page and it is easy to read only the first one.

Workspace plan Billed yearly Month to month Who it is for
StarterFreeFreeOne person, limited staging
Core$19 a month$28 a monthIn-house teams needing more staging
Growth$49 a month$60 a monthLarger in-house teams
Freelancer$16 a month$24 a monthSolo builders working on client sites
Agency$35 a month$42 a monthStudios with client guests

On top of the workspace plan there are seats. The pricing page states that one seat is included and that further team members are bought individually.

Seat type Billed yearly Month to month What it can do
Full$39 per seat a month$45 per seat a monthDesign full sites, manage admin settings
Limited$15 per seat a month$19 per seat a monthRestricted building and editing
Free$0$0View and comment level access

Read that alongside the site plan table and the shape of Webflow's economics becomes obvious. A second designer on your workspace costs $39 a month billed yearly. The Premium site plan they will be working on costs $25. The person is more expensive than the site, which is a defensible model for a professional design tool and a genuinely unpleasant surprise for a two person marketing team that budgeted from the headline figure.

How much does Webflow actually cost?

Here are four realistic configurations priced from the figures above. The totals are our arithmetic on Webflow's published rates, not quotes from Webflow.

Setup What it includes Monthly, billed yearly Yearly total
Solo, brochure site, no blog Basic site plan, free workspace, one seat $15 $180
Solo, site with a blog Premium site plan, free workspace, one seat $25 $300
Two person marketing team with analytics Premium, Core workspace, one extra Full seat, Analyze at 25,000 sessions $132 $1,584
Team running experiments Premium, Core workspace, one extra Full seat, Optimize at 25,000 page views $382 $4,584

The jump from row two to row three is the one worth staring at. Nothing about the website changed. One colleague got edit access and somebody turned on session analytics, and the bill went up more than fivefold.

Webflow add-on pricing: Optimize, Analyze and Localize

These three are sold as monthly add-ons on top of a paid site plan, and their ladders are published as sliders rather than tables, which is why they almost never appear in comparison articles. Every figure below is the yearly billing rate.

Add-on Metered on Entry price Published ladder (billed yearly)
Analyze Monthly sessions $9 a month ($12 month to month) $9 at 2,000 sessions, $29 at 10,000, $49 at 25,000, $79 at 50,000, $149 at 100,000, $199 at 250,000, $229 at 500,000
Optimize Monthly page views $299 a month ($379 month to month) $299 at 25,000 page views, $399 at 50,000, $549 at 100,000, $799 at 250,000, $1,199 at 500,000
Localize Essential Number of locales $9 a month ($12 month to month) $9 for one locale, $18 for two, $27 for three
Localize Advanced Number of locales $29 a month ($35 month to month) $29, $58, $87, $116, $145, $174, $203, $232, $261, $290 for one through ten locales
AI credits Flat add-on $20 a month ($25 month to month) Sold as a single add-on rather than a ladder

Optimize is the figure that reprices Webflow for a marketing team. A/B testing and personalization start at $299 a month billed yearly, which is roughly twelve times the Premium site plan, and the meter is page views rather than tested visitors. Localize Advanced is the other one to model before you commit: a site in five languages is $145 a month on top of everything else, or $1,740 a year, and localization is exactly the kind of decision that is expensive to reverse once the content exists.

Webflow bandwidth add-on pricing

Premium includes 50 GB of bandwidth. Because there is no tier between Premium and the $2,500 Team plan, extra bandwidth is bought as an add-on, and the page publishes the full ladder twice, once as a slider of total bandwidth and once as prose describing additional bandwidth. The two representations agree exactly, which is a good sign for accuracy.

Additional bandwidth Billed yearly Month to month
+50 GB+$20 a month+$30 a month
+100 GB+$40 a month+$60 a month
+150 GB+$60 a month+$90 a month
+250 GB+$100 a month+$150 a month
+350 GB+$140 a month+$210 a month
+450 GB+$174 a month+$260 a month
+700 GB+$274 a month+$410 a month
+950 GB+$374 a month+$560 a month
+1.45 TB+$574 a month+$860 a month
+1.95 TB+$774 a month+$1,160 a month
+2.45 TB+$974 a month+$1,460 a month

A busy content site on Premium with 500 GB of monthly traffic is therefore $25 plus $174, or $199 a month billed yearly. That is still cheaper than the Team plan by a wide margin, which suggests the add-on route is the intended path rather than an afterthought.

Webflow Cloud usage pricing

Webflow Cloud, which runs application code alongside the site, is billed on usage rather than on a plan: $2 per million web app requests and $2 per five hours of CPU, with surge protection included so temporary spikes do not immediately generate an overage. Database and object storage overages run at $2 per GB across D1, KV and R2 stores. The certification exam, if you want it on a CV, is $100.

Usage billing is the honest choice for this kind of product, but it does change the question you should be asking during evaluation. On a plan you ask what the ceiling costs. On usage you ask what a bad month costs, and the only way to answer that is to estimate your own request volume before you build. If the application work behind the site is substantial enough that this section matters to you, it is usually cheaper to bring in a developer for that part and keep the marketing site on something simpler than to try to make one tool cover both.

Is Webflow worth the money?

For a designer who wants pixel control and clean production output, yes, and there is no close substitute. Webflow's actual product is a professional design surface that publishes real code, and $25 a month for that is not expensive. The people who end up unhappy with the pricing are almost never designers. They are small marketing teams who bought it because it looked like a website builder, then discovered that the tool assumes somebody in the building knows how to design.

The three questions that predict whether the bill will surprise you are simple. How many people need to edit the site, because each additional Full seat is $39 a month. Do you need testing, because that is $299 a month and up. How many languages, because that ladder climbs steeply. If all three answers are one, one person, no testing, one language, Webflow at $300 a year is good value. If any answer is bigger, model the whole stack before you commit content to it.

Worth comparing against the two obvious alternatives at each end. Squarespace charges more for the base plan and far less for everything around it, and we published every US Squarespace price including the transaction fee ladder. At the other end, if the reason you are looking at Webflow is that you need a site built rather than a canvas to build on, the honest comparison is with tools that produce the pages and the copy, which we set out on the website design software page and, tool by tool, on our Webflow alternative comparison.

Frequently asked questions about Webflow pricing

How much does Webflow cost per month?

A single site on a custom domain costs $15 a month billed yearly on Basic or $25 on Premium, with month to month rates of $25 and $39. That covers one person. Add a colleague with edit rights and it is $39 a month more. Realistic small team totals landed between $132 and $382 a month in our worked examples above, all built from Webflow's own published rates.

Is there a free Webflow plan?

Yes. The Starter site plan is free and publishes to a webflow.io subdomain, and the Starter workspace plan is free for one person with limited staging. It is genuinely usable for learning and for prototypes. You cannot connect your own domain on it, so it is not a route to a free business website.

Why is Webflow so expensive?

Because the site plan is only one of three meters. Most people compare Webflow's $15 against a competitor's $15 and miss that the competitor's figure usually includes the seats and often the analytics. Webflow prices the publishing, the people and the capabilities separately, which is cheaper for a solo designer and considerably more expensive for a team of four.

Does Webflow charge per website?

Yes. Site plans are per published site, so five client sites on custom domains means five site plans. The workspace plan is what covers you as a builder across those sites, which is why the Freelancer and Agency workspace tiers exist at $16 and $35 a month billed yearly.

Do I need the Premium plan or is Basic enough?

Basic has no Webflow CMS. If your site is a fixed set of pages that rarely changes, Basic at $15 a month billed yearly is genuinely sufficient. The moment you want a blog, a case study collection, a team directory or anything else that is a list of similar items, you need the CMS and therefore Premium. Most business sites reach that point within a year, so budgeting for Premium from the start is the safer assumption.

What is the Webflow Team plan and who is it for?

Team is $2,500 a month with an annual contract required, listed under a separate Platform plans group and sold through a Talk to us button rather than self serve checkout. Webflow describes it as curated essentials for growing organizations. In practice it exists because there is nothing between Premium and enterprise, and organizations that need governance, control and support rather than more bandwidth have nowhere else to go.

Is Webflow cheaper than Squarespace?

On the base plan, yes: Webflow Basic is $15 a month billed yearly against Squarespace Basic at $19. Beyond that it depends entirely on your team. Squarespace's plan price includes contributors and its own analytics, while Webflow charges $39 per additional Full seat and $9 to $229 a month for Analyze. For one person Webflow is cheaper. For four people it usually is not.

Can I export my site from Webflow?

Partially, and the limits are the important part. Webflow's code export produces one HTML file per static page plus assets and requires a paid plan. It excludes CMS content, ecommerce, user accounts, code components and localized pages, and after export the forms, site search, file upload and reCAPTCHA stop working because those were server side features. Treat the export as a design artifact rather than as a working copy of your site.

Does Webflow pricing include hosting?

Yes. The site plan is the hosting, delivered on a CDN with SSL, which is why it is charged per site rather than per account. Bandwidth is the metered resource, with 50 GB included on Premium and add-ons running from $20 a month for another 50 GB up to $974 a month for another 2.45 TB.

How often does Webflow change its pricing?

Often enough that you should check the source rather than an article, including this one. Both Basic and Premium carried a New label on the day we read them, and the Team plan sits in a Platform plans group that did not exist in earlier versions of the page. Anything written more than a few months ago about Webflow pricing is likely describing a grid that no longer exists.

The bottom line

Webflow's published prices are honest and unusually complete. What makes them hard to budget is the structure: three meters that each look small and stack into something that is not. Price the whole configuration you will actually run, not the plan, and pay particular attention to seats and to Optimize, because those two are what move a $300 a year tool into four figures.

If what you actually want is not a design canvas but a finished site, that is a different purchase. An AI agent that builds the site writes the pages instead of handing you a blank one, and for creative work specifically the same applies to a portfolio website builder that produces the case studies rather than the grid to put them in.
